It’s official – tea helps in a crisis!

The philosopher John Paul Heroux famously said: “There is no trouble so great or grave that cannot be much diminished by a nice cup of tea.” And now he’s been proved to be right!

A new survey shows that no less than 68 per cent of Britons respond to a crisis by……..yes, putting the kettle on! As we have always suspected, a nice cup of tea – particularly decent quality speciality tea – helps calm and soothe the troubled mind when things are not going quite to plan. Apparently more of us reach for the teapot than ring home to mum!
