Drunk in the souks of Morocco from delicate tea pots in small glasses, this sweet and minty combination is a delicious and refreshing digestive.

Serving tips:
Take three minutes of time to achieve perfection. Use one teaspoon per person and add freshly drawn water which is just off the boil – 80 degrees centigrade. Add sugar to taste and drink without milk.
