A wonderfully delicate and sensuous experience; this exquisite blend combines China Yunnan green tea with layers of purest rose petals to produce a light and sumptuous cup. Enjoy and savour it during moments of contemplation as the world passes quietly by. Perfect with a spoonful of honey!

Serving tips:
Take three minutes of time to achieve perfection. Use one teaspoon per person and add freshly drawn water which is just off the boil – around 80 degrees centigrade. Green tea is too delicate for milk.

Style: China green tea and pure rose petals
Enjoy it: with sweet fancies, cakes and biscuits

The ultimate tea experience – these wonderful hand-rolled pearls of China Fujian green tea produce a moment rich in sensuality. For five nights in succession, the finest green tea buds are laid amongst fresh jasmine flowers so that they can absorb the scent and aroma of the petals. The leaves are then separated and hand-rolled to form tight “pearls” which unfurl in the pot. Observe in amazement and wonder!

Serving tips:
Take three minutes of time to achieve perfection. Use around 6 pearls per person and add freshly drawn water which is just off the boil – around 80 degrees centigrade. Can be re-infused a number of times. Enjoy without milk

Style: China green tea scented with jasmine petals – high in anti-oxidants
Enjoy it: as a moment to reflect while the leaves unfurl

This smooth, delicate china green tea is known as Chun Mee and is full of flavour without any bitterness. It is also known as “precious eyebrows” because each leaf is hand rolled into a tiny needle-like shape with a curve in it – like the eyebrow drawn on the face of a porcelain doll. One of China’s most popular green teas, it is high in healthy anti-oxidants and has a light yellow colour and a lingering sweet fragrance. Brewed at the correct temperature, Chun Mee will never taste bitter.

Serving tips:
Take three minutes of time to achieve perfection. Use one teaspoon of tea per person and add freshly drawn water which is just off the boil – around 80 degrees centigrade. Green tea is too delicate for milk.

Style: China green tea – high in anti-oxidants
Enjoy it: anytime – with food or during a little “me time”
