For five nights in succession, the finest green tea buds are laid amongst fresh jasmine flowers so that they can absorb the scent and aroma of the petals. The leaves are then separated and hand-rolled to form tight “pearls” which unfurl in the pot. Observe in amazement and wonder!

Serving tips:
Take three minutes of time to achieve perfection. Use around 6 pearls per person and add freshly drawn water which is just off the boil – around 80 degrees centigrade. Can be re-infused a number of times. Enjoy without milk
